Pleurothallis tenuisepala

350.00

This plant was imported from Orquideas del Valle, Colombia as Pleurothallis luctuosa and grown by Mark Wilson at Colorado College. Upon flowering, the plant was identified as an unknown species. The new species was brought to Denver Botanic Gardens for me to illustrate, as part of the process of description. The name only given after the publication of the book, this is why it is written as Pleurothallis sp. nov in the book.
