One of the biggest acorns in the world. I was after some seeds that could be a good subject for the book, but I wasn’t quite determined about the species. I was lucky enough to find this big acorn in Denver Botanic Gardens, Colorado. Remember, I paint in life size, so this is a giant acorn!

Prints are produced in high quality of colour accuracy using the Giclée process at Giclée UK, Edinburgh, and printed on Hahnemuhle Fine Art Smooth Paper, 320 gsm, acid-free, smooth premium cotton paper, using archival inks; Epson Ultrachrome Pro 10. Reproductions are as close as possible to the original paintings and fade resistant from 75 – 125 years when framed and glazed. The image is the same size as the original artwork. There will be only 12 prints of this work. Each print is numbered and signed by hand, and will be delivered without mount and frame.

If you would like to purchase a limited edition print, we will send with the print, a certificate personalised with your name to authenticate the copy. The prices include postage.

The gallery images have a subtle indication of the border to show the paper edge and to help appreciate the print’s actual size.
